The company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 20 per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
The Final Dividend, if declared shall be paid within 30 days of the date of the AGM.
