Olivia Ponton, who has been romantically linked to Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, is making the most of her final break before the 2026 NFL season gets underway.
Speculation surrounding Ponton and Burrow initially emerged in December 2024 after she was reportedly at the quarterback’s home when a burglary was reported. The dating rumors eventually resurfaced in 2026 when the two were seen together at the Kentucky Derby.
Their relationship appeared to become more public in August when Burrow and Ponton were spotted sharing a moment during a Bengals training camp session.
Ponton’s Hawaii post stuns fans
While Cincinnati prepared for its Saturday night preseason matchup, Ponton gave her followers a glimpse of her Hawaii vacation on Instagram.
Her post carried the caption, “Need a second opinion, should I post this?” and quickly attracted plenty of attention from fans. One commenter wrote, “god ur so perfect bro.” Another reacted, “You look INSANEE.” A third fan added, “Wow gorgeous .”
Ponton has built a significant following through TikTok and other social media platforms, while also establishing herself in the modeling world.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit added her to its roster in 2022, and she has since appeared in two separate issues. Whether she will feature in the magazine again next May remains uncertain.
When Ponton joined Burrow at training camp
Earlier this month, Ponton was also present at the Cincinnati Bengals’ training camp, where she was seen spending time with Joe Burrow and sharing a post-practice moment with the quarterback on the field.
Burrow wants Bengals to feel pressure
While Ponton enjoyed her vacation, Burrow was preparing for another important season with the Bengals and emphasized the pressure he believes everyone inside the organization should feel.
“I’ve tried to instill an urgency in the room—a palpable pressure—because we have guys playing and coaching for their jobs this year,” he said to ESPN’s Marty Smith. “That’s how, you know, I’m looking at it. I’m playing for my job this year,” Burrow added.
The Bengals quarterback also stressed the importance of making every practice opportunity count, urging his teammates to approach every repetition with maximum intensity.
Bengals make major roster moves
Now entering his seventh NFL season, he believes Cincinnati has the necessary pieces to compete at the highest level.
“We have the team to do it this year,” he said. “Now we have to take advantage of the opportunity.”
The Bengals have made significant changes to strengthen their roster. Cincinnati traded its No. 10 overall pick to the New York Giants in exchange for All-Pro nose tackle Dexter Lawrence II while also adding Boye Mafe, Bryan Cook, Jonathan Allen and Kyle Dugger in free agency.
