The proposed acquisition will make Zettaone Technologies an associate company of Jubilant Ingrevia once completed.
The transaction is expected to be completed in two tranches, with the first tranche targeted for closure by November 2026 and the second by September 2027.
Jubilant Ingrevia said the acquisition will strengthen its presence in the Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS) space and allow it to offer an integrated proposition across electronics and semiconductors.

The added that the transaction will enable the Company to deliver an integrated value proposition in electronics and semi-conductor space, leading to long-term and sustainable value creation.
The company said it has already been expanding into high-precision semiconductor chemicals through its contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) business.
It said Zettaone’s expertise in high-speed and high-power PCB design and manufacturing will complement this business.
The acquisition is part of Jubilant Ingrevia’s broader strategy to expand its engagement with customers across the electronics and semiconductor value chain, the company said.
Jubilant Ingrevia shares closed at ₹729.50 on Tuesday, August 18, down 0.45% or ₹3.30 on the NSE.
