Revenue for Q4FY26 increased 183.8% year-on-year to ₹1,693.7 crore from ₹596.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBITDA stood at ₹217.4 crore in Q4FY26, compared with an EBITDA loss of ₹19.7 crore in the same period last year.
In its operational performance, pre-sales value in Q4FY26 rose 6% year-on-year to ₹1,833 crore from ₹1,724 crore in Q4FY25. Collections increased 41% to ₹1,487 crore from ₹1,057 crore. Area sold stood at 1.15 million square feet, up 1% year-on-year, while average sale realisation rose 6% to ₹15,969 per square feet from ₹15,127 per square feet.

For FY26, revenue from operations rose 55% year-on-year to ₹3,436 crore. Adjusted EBITDA increased 50% to ₹1,022 crore, with the EBITDA margin at 29.8%. PAT for FY26 stood at ₹80 crore.
For FY26, pre-sales value increased 17% year-on-year to ₹5,280 crore, while collections rose 34% to ₹4,960 crore. Area sold declined 3% to 3.16 million square feet from 3.26 million square feet.
Average sale realisation rose 20% to ₹16,719 per square feet from ₹13,905 per square feet. Net debt as on March 31, 2026, stood at ₹8,106 crore, with a net debt-to-equity ratio at 2x compared with 3.8x as on March 31, 2025.

Q4FY26 witnessed record pre-sales of ₹1,833 crore, 6% YoY and collections of ₹1,487 crore, up 41% YoY, while FY26 pre-sales stood at an all-time high of ₹5,280 crore, 17% YoY, with collections reaching ₹4,960 crore, up 34% YoY.”
Shares of Kalpataru Limited ended at ₹382.20, down by ₹0.95, or 0.25%, on the BSE today, May 12.
