Dixon Technologies | The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of ₹10,510 crore, ahead of CNBC-TV18’s poll estimate of ₹10,239 crore. EBITDA came in at ₹408.4 crore versus the poll estimate of ₹372 crore, while margin stood at 3.9%, compared with expectations of 3.6%. On a year-on-year basis, revenue rose 2%, while EBITDA declined 7.8% and margin narrowed from 4.3% to 3.9%.
Berger Paints | Berger Paints India reported a 27.8% year-on-year rise in fourth-quarter net profit to ₹335 crore, supported by improved operating performance and margin expansion. Revenue for the quarter grew 6.1% to ₹2,868 crore from ₹2,704 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA increased 12.6% to ₹482 crore. The company’s EBITDA margin expanded to 16.8% from 15.8% in the year-ago period. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share.
Vodafone Idea | The telecom service provider said its board will meet on May 16 to consider the company’s fourth-quarter results as well as a proposal to raise funds. The board will evaluate fundraising through the issuance of equity shares or warrants on a preferential basis.
