Laurus Labs to acquire stakes in two companies

Separately, Laurus Labs’ board approved the acquisition of a 52% stake in SI & C Resins Private Limited at a pre-money valuation of ₹30 crore. The company plans to invest ₹32.5 crore in the transaction, which will make SI&C a subsidiary.

Galenvs is a contract research and development organisation specialising in custom oligonucleotide synthesis and functional magnetic nanoparticle technologies for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Its subsidiary, Galenvs Solutions Inc., will become a step-down subsidiary of Laurus Labs following the acquisition.
