Projects, buyback and development pipeline

Man Infraconstruction said its project portfolio was positioned for the next phase of growth. Excluding projects launched in the current financial year, its ongoing projects are about 65-70% sold and are expected to approach completion over the next six to 15 months.

The company expects progress towards completion to support revenue recognition, profitability and cash flows in the coming quarters.

During the quarter, the company announced an open-market share buyback with a maximum size of ₹169 crore. It has completed 75.2% of the maximum approved buyback size, it said.

The company also highlighted its collaboration with Godrej Properties Group to develop its Marine Lines project. Through the arrangement, Man Infraconstruction has recouped investments of more than ₹300 crore and will continue to benefit from a revenue-sharing arrangement linked to the project.

Man Infraconstruction targets ₹5,000 crore in pre-sales

Man Infraconstruction said it has a pipeline of projects in prominent Mumbai locations, including South Mumbai and Bandra, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of more than ₹9,500 crore.

Man Infraconstruction remains confident of achieving its combined pre-sales target of ₹5,000 crore over FY27 and FY28, supported by its focus on premium locations, project execution and its development pipeline.
