In 2025, over 7.06 lakh students appeared for the exam. The results were declared on May 6, 2025. Priyal Dwivedi from Satha district secured the top position with an outstanding 492 marks out of 500, translating to an impressive 98.4%.
In 2024, the results for the MPBSEClass 10 and Class 12 examinations were released on April 24. The Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class 12) recorded a pass percentage of 64.49% among regular candidates and 22.46% among self-study candidates. Regular girl students outperformed boys, achieving a pass rate of 68.43% compared to 60.55% for boys.
The merit list featured candidates across various streams, including Humanities, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, and Fine Arts. The official announcement took place during a press conference at the MPBSE headquarters around 4:00 PM.
The MPBSE has maintained its minimum passing criteria of 33% in both theory and practical examinations across all subjects.
