NFO Next Week: Mutual fund investors will have four new New Fund Offers (NFOs) to consider next week, with schemes opening between September 7 and September 11, 2026. The new funds will offer exposure to multi-sector equities, IT stocks, gold and balanced advantage strategies.
Four new NFOs to open next week
Four new mutual fund NFOs are scheduled to open for subscription during the week of September 7 to September 11. The minimum investment requirement starts at Rs 500, while some schemes require ₹1,000 or Rs 5,000.
The four schemes are Kotak Multi Sector Omni FoF, Mirae Asset BSE Information Tech Index Fund, Shriram Gold ETF Passive FoF and JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund.
Kotak Multi Sector Omni FoF
The Kotak Multi Sector Omni FoF will open on September 8 and remain available for subscription until September 22.
The open-ended fund falls under the equity category and will have a minimum investment requirement of Rs 1,000. Both direct and regular growth options will be available.
The fund is designed to provide investors with exposure to different sector-based equity-oriented mutual fund schemes.
Mirae Asset BSE Information Tech Index Fund
The Mirae Asset BSE Information Tech Index Fund will also open on September 8. The NFO will close on September 22.
The scheme is focused on the IT sector and falls under the equity category. Investors will need a minimum of Rs 5,000 to participate in the NFO.
The fund could provide investors looking for a sector-specific option with exposure to the information technology segment.
Shriram Gold ETF Passive FoF
The Shriram Gold ETF Passive FoF will open for subscription on September 11 and close on September 24.
The open-ended gold fund will allow investors to start with a minimum investment of just Rs 500. The scheme is designed for investors seeking exposure to gold through Gold ETFs.
JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund
The fourth NFO, JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund, will also open on September 11. The subscription window will remain open until September 25.
The fund belongs to the balanced advantage category and will have a minimum investment requirement of ₹500. It will follow a dynamic approach to investing across equity and debt instruments.
Minimum investment starts at Rs 500
The upcoming NFOs offer different investment themes, allowing investors to choose between sector-focused equity, diversified sector exposure, gold and hybrid strategies.
The minimum investment starts from Rs 500 for some of these NFOs, while other schemes require Rs 1,000 or Rs 5,000 as the initial investment.
However, investors should not select an NFO only because its initial investment amount is low. The fund’s investment strategy, risk level, portfolio objective and suitability should be considered before investing.
