The Oil and Natural Gas company has also declared a final dividend of Rs 1 for its shareholders. “The Board of Directors has recommended final dividend at the rate of ₹1/- per equity share of face value of ₹5/- each i.e. @20% for the Financial Year 2025-26 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” ONGC said in an exchange filing on Tuesday, May 26.
