Page Industries Q1 Results: Profit falls 4%, margin contracts; declares ₹200 interim dividend


Shares of Page Industries Ltd. were trading 4% lower on Thursday, August 13, after the company reported a mixed set of Q1FY27 results.

Net profit declined 4% year-on-year to ₹193 crore from ₹201 crore in the year-ago period, while revenue grew 7.9% to ₹1,420.4 crore from ₹1,316.6 crore.

EBITDA fell 2% YoY to ₹289 crore from ₹295 crore, with the EBITDA margin contracting to 20.3% from 22.4%.

Separately, the company’s board has declared the first interim dividend of ₹200 per equity share for FY27. The record date for the dividend is August 19, 2026, while the payment will be made on or before September 11.

V.S. Ganesh, Managing Director, Page Industries, said the company delivered steady revenue growth in Q1FY27 while maintaining a strong profit margin. He added that encouraging consumer demand, positive response to product enhancements and new product lines, along with operational efficiency initiatives, provide confidence for the rest of the year.

The company expects consumer demand to remain healthy, supported by market trends and continued brand relevance. It plans to introduce newer product lines, particularly aimed at younger consumers, while focusing on digitalisation, operational efficiency and ramp-up of new manufacturing facilities to support long-term growth.
