PNC Infra Q1: Profit declines 23% despite higher revenue, EBITDA


Infrastructure development firm PNC Infratech reported a 23% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹331.95 crore for the first quarter of FY27, compared with ₹431.41 crore in the year-ago period.

However its revenue increased 19% year-on-year to ₹1,688.46 crore from ₹1,422.80 crore. EBITDA also rose 42% to ₹523.53 crore from ₹367.43 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 31% from 25.8% a year earlier.

In FY27 so far, the company said that it has secured five new orders, including two Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects from the National Highways Authority of India and three engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects from the Airports Authority of India and other authorities.

The total value of these new projects stands at ₹4,259 crore.

Meanwhile, the company has fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders’ entitlement to the final dividend for FY26.

The final dividend, as recommended by the board, is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.

Earlier on May 12, the infrastructure company had informed exchanges that it has executed a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India for a one-time settlement of ₹234.99 crore in connection with the Agra Bypass Project under the Vivad-se-Vishwas III (Contractual Disputes) Scheme.

The settlement amount of ₹234,99,03,465 will be received by PNC Infratech from NHAI as part of the agreement, the company had informed.

Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd closed at ₹223.97 on August 7, 2026, down 6.59% in the session.
