Pricol Q1 profit jumps 34% as revenue crosses ₹1,100 crore

Pricol Ltdreported a 34.3% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company posted a net profit of ₹67.02 crore, compared with ₹49.89 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue grew 23.5% year-on-year to ₹1,105.44 crore from ₹895.34 crore, reflecting strong business growth during the quarter.

The faster growth in profit than revenue indicates that the company not only sold more but also converted a larger share of those sales into earnings.

Operating performance improves

EBITDA increased 25.7% year-on-year to ₹124.41 crore from ₹98.97 crore in the year-ago period.

EBITDA margin improved to 11.25% from 11.05%.

While the margin expansion was modest, it shows Pricol was able to maintain pricing discipline and operational efficiency despite industry-wide cost pressures.

Broad-based growth across key metrics

For the quarter, Pricol reported:

  • Net profit: ₹67.02 crore (vs ₹49.89 crore)
  • Revenue: ₹1,105.44 crore (vs ₹895.34 crore)
  • EBITDA: ₹124.41 crore (vs ₹98.97 crore)
  • EBITDA margin: 11.25% (vs 11.05%)

The combination of double-digit growth in revenue, EBITDA and profit suggests the company continued to benefit from healthy demand from the automotive sector and efficient execution.

Stock gains after earnings

Shares of Pricol ended 4.29% higher at ₹688.90 on the National Stock Exchange after the earnings announcement.

The positive market reaction suggests investors welcomed the company’s ability to deliver strong earnings growth while protecting margins in a competitive auto components industry.
