Anand Rathi has assigned a “Subscribe – Long Term” rating to the Purple Style Labs IPO. According to the brokerage, the company offers a diverse portfolio of premium designer products spanning womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories and kidswear, with a strong focus on wedding and occasion wear. Its integrated online and offline business model allows it to cater to customers across domestic and international markets, while its expanding network of physical Experience Centers enhances customer engagement and offers an immersive luxury shopping experience.

The brokerage noted that the company’s expansion into menswear, jewellery, accessible luxury and international markets could provide additional growth opportunities. However, profitability and execution remain key factors to watch.

Meanwhile, Swastika Investmart has assigned an “Avoid” rating to the issue. It also noted that P/E and P/B ratios are not meaningful due to the company’s losses and negative net worth. Further, the company has no listed peers for comparison.
