Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd | BPCL reported a 57.7% sequential decline in fourth-quarter net profit to ₹3,192 crore, impacted by exceptional items worth ₹4,349 crore. Revenue remained largely flat at around ₹1.2 lakh crore, while EBITDA fell 13.8% quarter-on-quarter to ₹10,061 crore, with margin narrowing to 8.5% from 9.7%. The company’s EBITDA and margin, however, came in above CNBC-TV18 poll estimates, while profit and revenue missed expectations.
