Stocks to watch today, August 14: Stocks in focus on Friday, August 14 include Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, LG Electronics India, Max Financial Services and Page Industries after their quarterly results, while SBI, UltraTech Cement and L&T will be in focus following key corporate updates.

Saatvik Green Energy, BHEL and UCO Bank also drew attention after business developments, while Adani Energy Solutions, Lenskart, Groww and Laurus Labs are set to enter the MSCI India Index.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 775 crore in Q1 FY27, down over 80% YoY, while revenue rose 9% to Rs 95,799 crore.

LG Electronics India’s net profit rose 27.2% YoY to Rs 652.8 crore, while revenue increased 15.5% to Rs 7,233.3 crore.

Max Financial Services reported a 37% jump in consolidated profit to Rs 118 crore in Q1 FY27. Total income rose to Rs 14,977 crore.

Page Industries reported a 4% decline in net profit to Rs 192.80 crore in Q1 FY27, while revenue from operations rose 7.9% to Rs 1,420.44 crore.

Jubilant Foodworks reported a 6% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 100 crore in Q1 FY27, while revenue from operations rose 14% to Rs 2,569.65 crore.

General Insurance Corporation of India reported a 10% increase in net profit to Rs 1,922 crore in Q1 FY27, while total income declined marginally to Rs 13,330 crore.

SBI

Raises USD 500 million

State Bank of India, through its London branch, raised USD 500 million by issuing bonds at a coupon rate of 5.25%.

Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation, a promoter of UltraTech Cement, sold nearly 1% stake in the company for Rs 2,896 crore.

UCO Bank launched its International Financial Services Centre Banking Unit at GIFT City, marking its entry into the international banking hub.

Saatvik Green Energy’s arm Saatvik Solar Industries secured a Rs 476 crore order from Vikran Engineering for the supply of solar PV modules.

BHEL

Green hydrogen tie-up

BHEL entered into a strategic tie-up with Norway’s Hystar AS to manufacture PEM electrolyser systems for green hydrogen projects in India.

Adani Energy, Lenskart, Groww, Laurus Labs

Adani Energy Solutions, Billionbrains Garage Ventures, Laurus Labs and Lenskart Solutions will be added to the MSCI India Index following its latest index review.

Wins Rs 10,000-15,000 crore order

Larsen and Toubro secured an order worth Rs 10,000-15,000 crore to build the country’s largest single-cluster AI infrastructure facility.
