TG PGECET 2026 counselling registration begins: Here's how to apply by July 9


Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has started the Phase 1 counselling registration process for Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET) 2026. Eligible candidates can complete the registration process through the official website, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.Candidates who qualified in TG PGECET 2026 or have valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores are eligible to take part in the counselling process for admission to Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech) and Master of Architecture (MArch) courses offered by participating colleges across Telangana.According to the counselling schedule, the last date to complete online registration is July 9. Candidates must also upload scanned copies of the required certificates for online verification. Physical verification of certificates for special categories, including NCC, CAP, PH and Sports quota, will be conducted from July 7 to July 9.JNTU will publish the list of verified eligible candidates on July 12. Candidates can exercise web options for the first round of counselling from July 13 to July 15, while the option editing window will be available on July 16.The provisional seat allotment result for Phase 1 will be announced on July 19. Candidates who are allotted seats will have to report to their allotted colleges between July 20 and July 24 to complete the admission process.To participate in the counselling, candidates have to complete registration, document verification and web option entry. The process also includes payment of the counselling processing fee, uploading certificates and verification of eligibility documents.Candidates are advised to keep their TG PGECET rank card, qualifying degree certificates, study certificates, Aadhaar card and category certificates ready before starting the registration process.

TG PGECET 2026 counselling: How to apply

  • Visit the official website pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in
  • Click on the “TG PGECET 2026 – Admission” link on the homepage
  • Select the “M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch” tab
  • Click on the registration link under the application section
  • Choose the entrance examination you appeared for
  • Click on New Registration
  • Enter the required details and complete the registration
  • Pay the processing fee
  • Upload the required documents and submit the application

JNTU has also said that the counselling registration link for MPharmacy/PharmD (P.B.) admissions will be activated soon. Eligible candidates will be able to register online once the link is made available.
