The order was awarded to ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions, and covers a residential project with an estimated gross development value of ₹280 crore.
The engagement will begin Sept. 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months and may be extended by mutual consent, Arisinfra Solutions said in an exchange filing.
The arrangement also provides Arisinfra with an estimated material-supply opportunity worth more than ₹100 crore.
The order was awarded by a domestic entity and is classified as a service order, the company said.
Separately, Arisinfra Solutions said April 13 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd. for the procurement of construction and building materials worth at least ₹800 crore.
Under the agreement, Arisinfra will supply materials for infrastructure, commercial and real-estate projects undertaken by Capacit’e Infraprojects and its subsidiaries and associates.
The MoU is valid for five years, or 60 months, from the effective date and is intended to establish a long-term material-supply arrangement between the two companies, according to the company’s exchange filing.
Shares of Arisinfra Solutions ended Monday at ₹126.39 on the NSE, down 1.69%, or ₹2.17, from the previous close.
