Deposits stood at ₹4,29,038 crore at the end of September, up 10.1% year-on-year and 3.4% from ₹4,14,766 crore at the end of June 2026. The bank’s current account savings account (CASA) ratio stood at 28% as of September 30, compared with 29.4% in June 2026 and 30.7% a year ago.
Retail deposits and deposits from small business customers stood at ₹2,14,504 crore as of September 30, compared with ₹1,93,591 crore in June 2026 and ₹1,84,144 crore in September 2025.

Following the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) foreign currency non-resident (FCNR(B)) deposit swap facility announced on June 8, 2026, the bank mobilised FCNR(B) deposits worth $3.51 billion, or about ₹33,627 crore. The facility was available for deposits mobilised up to August 31, 2026.
As of September 30, the outstanding loan extended from the bank’s Gift City branch against these deposits stood at $1.73 billion, or about ₹16,564 crore. The bank also had standby letters of credit worth $0.50 billion, or about ₹4,772 crore, outstanding against FCNR(B) deposits as of September 30.
Shares of Axis Bank Ltd ended at ₹1,223.95, up by ₹9.95, or 0.82%, on the BSE.
