Consolidated revenue from operations increased 33.2% to ₹1,846.31 crore from ₹1,385.88 crore, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) climbed 35.4% to ₹211.6 crore from ₹156.2 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 11.46%, compared with 11.28% in the year-ago quarter.
The company, however, said Q1 FY27 PAT included an exceptional gain of ₹106 crore, net of tax, arising from the consolidation of Minda VAST.
Ashok Minda, Chairman and Group CEO, said the quarter reflected “steady progress in line with our long-term growth strategy”, supported by demand across key vehicle segments and continued execution across the business. He added that the company strengthened its technology capabilities, expanded its order pipeline with new business wins and continued to invest in innovation and product development.

Sequential performance
On a sequential basis, consolidated revenue from operations rose 8.4% from ₹1,703.81 crore in Q4 FY26. PAT attributable to owners of the company increased 66.3% from ₹124 crore in the previous quarter.
During the quarter, Minda Corporation invested ₹63 crore in group companies, including Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems, Minda HCMF Technologies and Spark Minda–Toyodenso India, according to the company’s results release. It also began consolidating Minda VAST into Minda Corporation from Q1 FY27.
Separately, the board approved an additional investment of up to ₹18 crore in Spark Minda Toyodenso India, taking Minda Corporation’s total investment in the joint venture to ₹60 crore.
Looking ahead, the company said it remains focused on expanding its product portfolio, strengthening customer relationships and increasing its presence across emerging mobility segments. It plans to continue investing in technology, product innovation and manufacturing capabilities, while maintaining its focus on operational excellence, premiumisation and sustainable long-term growth.
Minda Corporation shares were trading at ₹740.50 on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.57% from the previous close. The stock has gained 3.06% over the past week and 4.90% over the past month. Over a three-month period, the shares have risen 45.01%, while the stock is up 28.70% year-to-date. Over the past year, it has advanced 50.52%, while its three-year gain stands at 145.67%.
