The bank said the notice for the AGM and its Annual Report for FY26 will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the bank or their depository participants. The documents, along with details of remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM, will also be made available on the bank’s website and submitted to the stock exchanges in due course.
RBL Bank has also fixed Friday, August 14, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend remains subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM.
The bank said that if the final dividend is approved by shareholders at the AGM, it will be paid on or before October 1, 2026, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The company added that the disclosure has also been hosted on its website in compliance with Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
On the NSE, shares of RBL Bank closed at ₹392.00 on August 6, up ₹2.20, or 0.56%, from the previous close.
