The company’s revenue from operations rose 41.8% to ₹1,475.1 crore during the quarter, against ₹1,039.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 9% year-on-year to ₹109.7 crore from ₹100.6 crore. However, EBITDA margin declined to 7.4% in the June quarter from 9.7% in the year-ago period.

Also, Gravita India Ltd’s board has approved the closure of operations of its subsidiary Gravita Metal Inc, with effect from August 1, 2026. The company said the subsidiary’s operations will be discontinued as the same line of business is being carried out at its other manufacturing facility in Jaipur, which offers greater operational and cost efficiencies.
Gravita India said the decision has been taken to optimise utilisation of the group’s resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the company’s financial position.
During the last financial year ended March 31, 2026, Gravita Metal Inc contributed revenue of ₹92.24 crore, accounting for 2.65% of the company’s turnover. The subsidiary contributed ₹1 crore to net worth, or 0.05%, and ₹1.63 crore to profit after tax (PAT), or 0.55%.
Shares of Gravita India Limited ended at ₹1,790.30, down by ₹14.95, or 0.84%, on the BSE.
