The property, earlier disclosed to the stock exchanges in September 2024 as Lemon Tree Hotel, Nashik, has 71 rooms and suites, compared with the 57 rooms disclosed at the time.
Located in Girnare near the backwaters of Gangapur Dam, the resort offers Deluxe Twin Rooms, Deluxe Double Rooms, Studio Suites, Studio Suites with Lake View and Executive Suites with Lake View.
The property includes Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine coffee shop, Slounge, a recreation bar, and in-room dining facilities. It also has a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and a dedicated children’s play area.
The resort has event spaces, including Grand Tangerine and Tangerine, which the company said can be used for destination weddings, residential conferences, corporate retreats, meetings and social events. It also has a landscaped lawn overlooking the Gangapur Dam backwaters.
The property is managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
According to the filing, the resort is approximately 33 km from Nashik Airport (Ozar), 28 km from Nashik Railway Station and 19 km from Nashik Central Bus Station.
The company said the property is its second hotel in Nashik and its 16th operational hotel in Maharashtra. It has another 16 properties in the pipeline in the state.
The opening comes two days after the group announced the opening of its Keys Prima property in Nashik, Lemon Tree Hotels said.
The company said the resort is positioned to cater to leisure stays as well as weddings, corporate retreats, conferences and other events.
Lemon Tree Hotels currently operates more than 130 hotels across over 80 cities in India and abroad and has more than 140 properties in its development pipeline, according to the company.
